I ordered the Music Master Pro from Encore Music,Inc. I was not able to acesss their program and they DID NOT SEND ME THE PROMISED MATERIAL! I tried to get a refund but the president of the company Richard Ash said I could only get a refund if I sent the material back. In other words he scamed me and probably others. The only way I can get a refund now is to have Encore send me the promised material (which I will have to pay for both deliveries) and then Richard Ash and Encore will refund me the difference left. I will spend about $13 to get my $28.90 back. Watch out for this guy!!!!
